Content LibraryOverview

Content Library

The Content Library is where every piece of content you create with Asky lives. Generate new articles built to be cited by AI search engines, track each draft from idea to published, and send it straight to your CMS.

Accessing the Content Library

Go to Content Library in the sidebar.

What the Library Holds

Every draft you create appears here with its current status, topic, content type, and language. A draft that is still being written shows a live progress row at the top of the list while Asky works.

Creating Content

Click New Content and choose a content type to open the content workflow. You can also start a workflow directly from a Citation Gap. For a full walkthrough, see Creating Content.

Finding Drafts

Use the toolbar to search by title, and use the filters to narrow the list by status, topic, sub-topic, or content type. The status badges at the top double as quick filters and show how many drafts sit in each state.

Editing a Draft

Open any draft to fine-tune it before it goes live. You can edit:

  • The title, meta description, and URL slug
  • The body content, in a familiar rich-text editor
  • The author attached to the piece (managed in your workspace settings)

Working together

On Scale and Enterprise plans, two people can edit the same draft at once and see each other’s cursors and changes as they happen. See Live Co-editing.

Translations

Any draft can become a set of language versions that sit alongside the original, each one a finished draft you can edit and publish on its own. See Translations.

Publishing

When you are happy with a draft, publish it to a connected CMS in a couple of clicks. Asky publishes to Webflow, WordPress.com, and self-hosted WordPress. If you have also connected a search engine, Asky can request indexing for the new page automatically.

Connect your CMS before publishing. See Webflow, WordPress or Sanity.
