Structured Data

JSON-LD markup that describes what a page is about in a form machines can read.

  • JSON-LD block that is not valid JSON: A JSON-LD script on the page has a JSON syntax error, so parsers reject the whole block and none of the structured data in it can be used.
  • JSON-LD block without @context: A JSON-LD block on the page has no @context, so its type and property names are not tied to the schema.org vocabulary search engines expect.
  • JSON-LD block without @type: A JSON-LD block on the page names no schema.org type, so it cannot qualify for rich results and search engines are unlikely to use its facts.
  • No JSON-LD structured data on the page: Search engines get no explicit, machine-readable summary of what this page is and who is behind it, because it carries no JSON-LD block.
