• No viewport meta tag: The page has no viewport meta tag, so phones lay it out at desktop width and shrink it, leaving text tiny and hard to use without zooming.
• Viewport tag without width=device-width: The page’s viewport tag does not set width=device-width, so phones may lay the page out at a fixed or default width instead of the screen’s.
