Task Tracker
The Task Tracker is the single place to manage the opportunities your team has decided to work on, whether they came from content gaps, site issues, social conversations, or outreach targets. It keeps everything you are acting on in one view, from idea to done.
Accessing the Task Tracker
Go to Opportunities → Task Tracker in the sidebar.
Adding Tasks
Across the Opportunities pages, use the Track or Add to Tasks button on any item to send it here. Each task keeps a link back to the opportunity it came from, so the context travels with it.
Two Ways to Work
Switch between two views depending on how your team likes to work:
- Table gives you a sortable, filterable list, ideal for scanning and bulk triage
- Board gives you a Kanban layout with columns for each status, ideal for moving work along
Statuses and Owners
Move each task through a simple flow and assign it to the right person.
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| To Do | Captured, not started |
| In Progress | Being worked on |
| Completed | Done |
Assign an owner to any task so everyone knows who has it.
Filtering and Presets
Filter tasks by type, status, owner, priority, and topic to focus on what is relevant. Save a combination of filters as a preset, for example “My high-priority tasks,” so you can return to it in one click.
